Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure your jewelry will meet our standards for exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Our pre-delivery inspection process includes a careful examination of each item to guarantee it's free from defects and aligns with what you expected to receive. 

Because we stand by our products, we're happy to offer a full refund (minus the cost of return shipping) for eligible items.

Eligible items can generally be returned for a full refund provided they are returned within 10 days of delivery, in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with all accompanying certificates and documentation included. Customer pays for return shipping.

Custom pieces and items showing signs of wear or alteration are generally not eligible for returns.
